Refund Policy: Tack Discounters offers a thirty (30) day money-back refund policy for approved returns. Returns/Refunds must be requested within 14 days of purchase, be approved and issued a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) by Tack Discounters. RMA#s will only be issued by written request to info@tackdiscounters.com, if request is received within ten (14) days of purchase and merchandise must be in brand new/unused/undamaged condition, in original packaging, with tags/inserts. Buyer is responsible for return/exchange shipping which may be deducted from refund amount.
Upon receipt of refund email within stated period, Tack Discounters has the option of cancellation of the credit card authorization or issuance of refund in case the funds have been collected. Tack Discounters reserves the right to issue partial refunds and to collect a restocking fee from the refund amount.
Failure of notifying Tack Discounters during 14 days from original purchase of return/refund request shall be taken as a full, complete and final acceptance of the terms of the sale of its goods.
Typographical Errors: In the event an item is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, Tack Discounters shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for goods listed at the incorrect price.
